Refund policy

We want you to love your Gestie gear but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day your order arrives in your hands to request a return.

How to return something

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase 

To get started, just email us at team@heygestie.com and let us know what’s going on. We’ll let you know if your return is approved, and send through return instructions.

Please don’t send anything back without getting in touch first - returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

What can’t be returned?

Some items can’t be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. This includes:

  • Used Gestie kits
  • Personal care items (e.g. sharps containers)
  • Sale items 

If you're unsure whether something is returnable, just shoot us a message - we’re happy to clarify.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered - please let us know straight away so we can make it right. 

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return what you’ve got and place a new order for the one you want.

EU customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period - meaning you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, no explanation needed. Same rules apply: the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and we’ve inspected it, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If so, it’ll be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

(Heads up: banks and credit card providers can take a few extra days to process the refund on their end.)

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and nothing’s come through, email us at team@heygestie.com and we’ll follow it up.
