Before you browse, buy, or just have a little stickybeak, there are a few things you should know. By using this website (www.heygestie.com) or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to the terms below. They're here to protect you, us, and the community we’re building.

1. Who we are

Gestie is an Australian brand created to support women through the ups and downs of gestational diabetes and pregnancy. We design and stock thoughtful products that aim to make a hard chapter feel just a little bit easier.

2. Using this website

You must be over 18 (or have permission from your grown-up) to shop with us. You also agree not to use our site for anything dodgy or illegal.

3. Product info

We do our best to describe our products clearly and accurately. Photos on the site are real but may look a little different depending on your screen or lighting. If something’s unclear, just ask - we’re happy to help.

4. Orders & payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. You’ll be charged when you check out, and we use secure third-party providers to process your payment. We don’t store your card details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if something seems off - like incorrect pricing, stock errors, or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping

We ship via trusted carriers and will get your order on its way as soon as we can. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the courier - but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

6. Returns & refunds

If you change your mind, you can return unused items within 14 days for a refund (excluding shipping). Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

 

7. Stuff you can’t do

All content on this website - including the product designs, photos, copy, and branding - is owned by Gestie. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell anything without permission. 

8. Our liability

We’ll always do our best to get things right, but we can’t be held responsible for things outside our control (like delays, third-party errors, or how our products are used). If there’s ever an issue, our liability is limited to the cost of your purchase.

9. Privacy

We care deeply about your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information. (Short version: we respect your data, and we don’t sell it.)

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If anything major changes, we’ll let you know. You can always find the most up-to-date version right here on this page.

11. Jurisdiction

Gestie is based in Queensland, Australia, and these Terms are governed by Queensland law. Any disputes will be handled in Queensland courts.
