Shipping policy
Here’s everything you need to know about how your Gestie order gets from us to you:
Processing time
We aim to pack your order within 1 business day. If your order comes through on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll get to it first thing the next business day.
Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post to deliver anywhere in Australia.
- Standard Shipping: $10.95 flat rate
- Express Post: Available at checkout for an additional cost
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on the way or you can use Australia Post Tracking.
International shipping
We happily ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We’ll use Australia Post or the best available option depending on your country. Tracking is included wherever possible.
Please note that customs or import duties may apply depending on your local regulations - these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, and shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control. Below is a general guide:
Australia
- Standard: 2–8 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
International
- Most orders arrive within 6–15 business days
- Delivery to remote regions may take longer
Tracking your order
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our hands. If you haven’t seen your tracking email, check your junk folder or track your parcel via Australia Post Tracking or get in touch at team@heygestie.com.
Delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at team@heygestie.com and we’ll do everything we can to sort it out.
