How to take it

Myo-Inositol can be taken daily, starting with around half to one level teaspoon, which provides approximately 2–4 grams per day. Each container provides up to roughly 150 serves, depending on the dose recommended for you. The powder can be mixed into water, juice, or smoothies, or taken as advised by your healthcare provider.
